(Bhiwani News) Bhiwani. Retired Major Ramnarayan Bura of Premnagar village celebrated his 90th birthday in a new style. On this occasion, he and his family members offered prayers at the Baba Gulab Nath temple and honored the elderly women of the village by gifting them shawls and sweets. To keep the Haryanvi culture alive, he honored all the men of the village who wore dhoti-kurta on their birthday by gifting them dhoti-kurta and sweets.
Her family members also gave the message of respect for women by gifting Rs 100 and sweets to all the other women present at the program and handed over a bell to the temple. All the villagers present at the program wished retired Major Ramnarayan on his birthday. Addressing the villagers on this occasion, his daughter Dr Nandini called for the development of the village, strengthening mutual brotherhood and respect for elders.
Village Sarpanch Rajesh welcomed retired Major Ramnarayan and his family members and expressed his gratitude for this unique initiative. On this occasion, his son, retired military officer Balraj Bura, retired colonel Prem Kumar Bura, Dr. Vinod Bura who works in the World Health Organization, his daughter Indrani, Dr. Nandini along with former director Ramesh Bura, Sarpanch Rajesh Kumar, Dayakishan Bura, Jaipal. Kalu, Krishna Many villagers were present including Kumar, Sanjay Numberdar, Bhima, Kartar, Beg Singh, Ramehar, Dharampal, Ramkumar Doohan, Dani Doohan, Ramphal, Raghal, Subedar Chandan Singh, Kishan Singh, Sube Singh and Omprakash.
