Bihar News: A shameful incident has come to light in a village in Valmiki Nagar police station area of Bagaha. Here the villagers cut a woman’s hair and paraded her through the streets accused of theft. The video of this entire incident is going viral on social media. The woman was accused of trying to steal jewelry and cash from a local family’s home.
In this regard, the locals say that when the woman tried to flee after the robbery, a girl from the town caught her. When the girl screamed, people gathered at the scene and surrounded the woman.
To escape, the woman allegedly tried to throw intoxicating powder at the girl, due to which the girl’s health deteriorated. Angered by this incident, the villagers cut the woman’s hair and beat her.

The head of Valmiki Nagar police station said that some suspicious items were recovered from the woman and the police are investigating the matter further. The police station chief says that all aspects of the incident will be investigated and appropriate action will be taken against the culprits.
