Chandigarh News|Chandigarh: Chandigarh Gulab Chand Kataria, Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh, released the book ‘Poshan Utsav’ at a special function held at Raj Bhavan. This book has been published by Deendayal Research Institute. This book reflects India’s rich cultural heritage, traditional food systems and the importance of nutrition. On this occasion, the Governor of Punjab and Administrator of Chandigarh appreciated the life of Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay and said that his life was an epitome of simplicity and dedication. . He said Pandit Deendayal Upadhyay not only worked for the poor and deprived section of the society but also tried to strengthen Indian culture and nationalism.

The Governor said that this book will be useful to people of all ages and sections of society and will inspire us to contribute to building a healthy society. The Governor said that the book ‘Poshan Utsav’ will create awareness about nutrition in the society. It will be useful to understand the importance of eating a healthy and balanced diet. He called on everyone to read this book and spread its message to as many people as possible.
