Chandigarh News|Chandīgarh: Just as a farmer’s chest swells with joy after seeing a flourishing crop, similarly teachers and people associated with educational institutions feel happy when their students achieve success due to their hard work and talent. This was said by Amit Gupta, PCS, SDM, Derabassi and Vishal Kandwal, Commandant, 5th Battalion of CRPF, who were present as chief guests at the annual ‘Panache 2.0’ function organized on the ninth foundation day of Mount Carmel School located in Zirakpur . He encouraged the students to serve the nation and asked them to remember the sacrifices of freedom fighters and follow in their footsteps.
The founders and directors of the school, Dr. Annie Charles Samuel and Dr. Ernest Charles J. Under Samuel’s leadership, students from Pre Nursery to XI enthralled the audience with a lively display of talent, creativity and cultural richness . The event was adorned with many spectacular performances that included drama highlighting the meaningful message, energetic and beautiful dances, the ever-lively Bhangra and finally, a mesmerizing grand finale that left the auditorium filled with energy and joy. In the end, Principal Rashmi IV Rafi appreciated the hard work of the students and staff.
