4pm News Network: The Rajasthan government got a big relief on Friday (November 29) in the Bikaner House seizure case. In this case, Delhi’s Patiala House Court has conditionally stayed the attachment of Bikaner House. Furthermore, the court has ordered payment of the outstanding amount within a week. District Judge (Commercial) Vidya Prakash granted the interim relief on the condition of submitting the FDR before the court within a week. According to sources, now the next hearing in this case will be on January 7, 2025, until then the attachment order will be suspended. Let us tell you that this case concerns the 2011 arbitration award in favor of a company working for Naukha Municipality, Rajasthan.

Actually, the Patiala House Court had ordered payment of Rs 50.31 lakh to Rajasthan Municipality Nokha after the dispute between Enviro Infra Engineers. Furthermore, the court had issued this order on January 21, 2020. Despite this, Nokha Municipality did not make any payment to the company. It is said that due to non-compliance with the agreement, the Patiala House Court Commercial Court had issued an order to seize the Bikaner House.

  • According to sources, this order was passed in the case of execution of an arbitration award passed in favor of M/s Enviro Infra Engineers Pvt. Ltd.
  • Advocate Sahil Garg appeared before the court on behalf of the company owning the decree. Garg said, “The court has conditionally stayed the embargo.
  • In such a situation, if the other party does not deposit the FD, we will file a request for auction of the seized property. Now this amount is approximately one million rupees.
