Three people, including a father and son, were tragically killed in a horrific road accident on the Agra-Lucknow Highway. The deceased is said to be a resident of Ghaziabad, UP. These people were going from Ghaziabad to Gaya. The incident occurred around 7 a.m. on Sunday. The accident can be judged by the fact that the Scorpio was impressed. According to information, Sanjay Kumar, a resident of Ghaziabad, was 55 years old. He was going to Gaya in a Scorpio car with his two sons Saurabh and Gaurav. When these people reached near Hasanganj, their car collided with a trailer parked behind, resulting in the father and his two sons being seriously injured. On receiving information, the police reached the spot, evacuated the injured and sent them to Lucknow’s Lokbandhu Hospital for treatment. Doctors declared all three people dead. When the relatives learned the information, there was a great stir.

Hasanganj police station in-charge Anil Sahu said the accident took place near kilometer 286.9 of the Agra-Lucknow highway. The people injured in the accident were sent to Lucknow for treatment, where doctors declared all three people brought dead. Anil Sahu said the family of the deceased has been informed and further action is being taken.

Following the incident, traffic on the highway was affected for some time. But the police and UPEDA team soon brought the situation under control.
