When the administrative officials and the police team raided the place of the illegal business, everyone was shocked. The accused are said to have been bringing fake fertilizer from Madhya Pradesh and selling it in Uttar Pradesh in new packaging. While the material and liquor collected by the accused from Madhya Pradesh for selling spurious liquor in UP was also recovered.
The raid was carried out with information from an informant.
Police have arrested four vicious criminals, including a father and son, involved in this black racket. While it is said that the main accused is a fugitive. A raid by police and administrative officials at one such place has exposed the business of manufacturing fake fertilizers and illegal liquor. The illegal business of manufacturing fake fertilizers and liquor under one roof was said to be carried out by vicious miscreants in the locked house of Moolchandra Pal, a resident of Chauka village in Mahobkanth Police Station area.
Due to increasing demand for fertilizers among farmers for sowing Rabi crop, miscreants were bringing fake fertilizers from Madhya Pradesh and selling them among farmers through new packaging. To make more money, fake liquor was also made and sold. The local police were receiving information from informants about manufacturing of fake fertilizers, on the basis of which, officials of district agriculture department and deputy commissioner and registrar of cooperatives, along with local police and tax team specials, they carried out a raid. The house closed, everyone was shocked.
The main accused is a resident of Chhatarpur.
Near the Chauka village secretariat, the miscreants were running both black businesses under one roof. This raid created a stir in the area and during interrogation it was revealed that this black racket was being carried out through Nishant Yadav, a resident of Guda village of Chhatarpur district in Madhya Pradesh. Moolchandra Pal, who lives in Chauka village, was manufacturing and selling fake fertilizers and liquor from his own house along with his father Balmukund Pal, uncle Dayaram Pal and another associate Dheeraj Kushwaha.
These miscreants are said to have purchased Annadata fertilizer, zinc simple superphosphate, from Madhya Pradesh and sold it in Bharat NPK. Grade 15-15-15 RCC Company They used to fill it into bags and sell it to local farmers at prices two or three times higher. To make huge profits, these miscreants manufactured fake fertilizers and liquor.
From the said hideout, the police recovered a large quantity of fake fertilizers, packaging bags, packaging machines, as well as 60 Prince brand labels, 178 caps, 180 empty plastic bottles and 743 cap sheets for packaging fake liquor. The police have registered two separate cases against five accused involved in this illegal racket. Four of them have been arrested and legal action has been taken.

The main accused is still at large
On this matter, SP Palash Bansal said that the police had received information from informants about the whereabouts of the fake fertilizer. When the raid was carried out in the presence of officials, in addition to fake fertilizers, the work of making fake liquor was also carried out there. His accused Moolchandra Pal, his father Balmukund Pal, his uncle Dayaram Pal and Dheeraj Kushwaha have been arrested. The main kingpin of this illegal business, Nishant Yadav, a resident of Madhya Pradesh, is still at large. A team has been formed to arrest him.
