Chandigarh (Aaj Samaj). The official logo of the GMI Golf Championship was unveiled by the Governor of Punjab, Gulab Chand Kataria. GMI Infrastructure CEO Mohit Bansal, Chairman Pradeep Bansal, Director Kunal Bansal and many other dignitaries were present during a special felicitation ceremony held today in Chandigarh under the chairmanship of the Governor.
Governor Kataria himself played a golf shot and also congratulated GMI Charitable Trust for its efforts in promoting sports in the state. The organizers said that they are very excited to host this prestigious championship at the Panchkula Golf Course on November 24. In this one-day championship, 110 golfers, including prominent figures from the industry, bureaucracy and think tanks, will participate in the event to promote the game of golf by increasing mutual interaction. The one-day tournament will conclude with an awards ceremony at the Panchkula Golf Course at 2 pm, which will be attended by Haryana Governor Bandaru Dattatreya as the chief guest.
