Bombay The negotiations that take place in the Mahayuti in rounds of meetings have no end. From Mumbai to Delhi, veteran leaders of the BJP, Shiv Sena and NCP are meeting, all kinds of news is coming in, but there seems to be a problem in the name of the Chief Minister. On the other hand, due to this delay, Uddhav Sena is coming down hard on Eknath Shinde. Shiv Sena (UBT) MP Sanjay Raut said all issues related to Maharashtra will be decided in Delhi.
Eknath Shinde and Ajit Pawar will have to come to Delhi again and again to raise their issues. Devendra Fadnavis or Eknath Shinde: who will be the next Chief Minister of Maharashtra? This question has been on the minds of political pundits and voters in Maharashtra ever since the results of the state assembly elections were announced on November 23. The Mahayuti alliance may soon announce the names of sitting Maharashtra CM Shinde, Devendra Fadnavis, Ajit Pawar and Union Minister Amit Shah. It may be noted that BJP leader Devendra Fadnavis, Shiv Sena’s Eknath Shinde and Nationalist Congress Party’s Ajit Pawar met Union Home Minister Amit Shah on Thursday and discussed the cabinet split. Before the meeting with Fadnavis and Pawar, Shah and BJP chief JP Nadda met Shinde at Shah’s residence. The three of them met for about twenty minutes.
Raut mocked Ajit Pawar
Raut said he will have to listen to the Prime Minister and Amit Shah. He (Ajit Pawar) was always the deputy CM and will always be the deputy CM. The glow on his face that had disappeared after the Lok Sabha elections has now returned – this is the miracle of EVM. He said in a sarcastic tone that a temple of 3 idols should be built, EVM in the middle, PM on one side and Amit Shah on the other. Now there has been a counter attack from the BJP on this.
Senior leaders discussed with Shinde, Ajit and Fadnavis
Before the Mahayuti meeting, Shinde met Amit Shah in Delhi to discuss the power-sharing agreement in the state. Shinde, who came from Mumbai, directly reached Shah’s Krishna Menon Marg residence, where BJP president JP Nadda was already present. A close aide of Shinde said on Thursday that he was unlikely to accept the deputy chief minister’s post in the new government. However, Shiv Sena MLA and spokesperson Sanjay Shirsat said Shinde will be part of the cabinet. There is no chance of him becoming deputy chief minister, Shirsat told PTI. This does not suit a person who has already been Chief Minister. MP Shinde’s son Shrikant Shinde expressed pride in his father for setting an example of coalition dharma by prioritizing collective governance over individual ambition. He praised his father for keeping faith in Prime Minister Modi and Amit Shah and for putting the needs of Maharashtra before his political aspirations. Following the election victory, Eknath Shinde on Tuesday resigned as Chief Minister as per constitutional procedure. Maharashtra Governor CP Radhakrishnan asked Shinde to continue in an interim role until the formation of the new government.
Raut should worry more about his Shiv Sena (UBT): BJP
BJP MP Dinesh Sharma said Sanjay Raut should be more worried about his Shiv Sena (UBT). The Congressmen themselves say that it is Sanjay Raut who has created problems for both the Congress and the Shiv Sena. It is not necessary to take his statements seriously. Mahayuti is united, we fought the elections together and we will rule Maharashtra united for the next five years.

Calcutta. TMC leader Kuntal Ghosh, accused in the West Bengal teacher recruitment scam case, has been granted bail by the Supreme Court. Kuntal Ghosh granted bail in the CBI case. The trial court will decide the bail conditions of Kuntal Ghosh. Kuntal Ghosh has already got bail from the High Court in the ED case.
The court said the number of witnesses is large and it will take a long time to complete the trial, so it would not be justified to keep him in prison indefinitely. Justice Surya Kant, delivering the judgment, said the CBI has held that due to the nature of the allegations, the CBI would have to examine voluminous documents and hundreds of candidates who are alleged victims of the alleged scam. Supplementary charge sheets will be submitted. It is true that due to the nature of the allegations and the nature of the evidence that needs to be collected, it is natural for the agency to take more time to file the final supplementary charge sheet. It is too early to predict the conclusion of the trial in the near future. Keeping the petitioner in indefinite detention would not be in accordance with the well-established principles of criminal jurisprudence. The balance can be achieved by restoring probation to the petitioner, in a manner that does not hamper the investigation. The petition is accepted and the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail subject to such conditions as may be imposed by the trial court.
