Shimla. Himachal Pradesh Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania arrived in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, from Tokyo, the capital of Japan, on Friday as per the predetermined schedule. It is noteworthy that after participating in the 67th Commonwealth Conference held in Sydney, Kuldeep Singh Pathania continues on a study tour. Along with him, Assembly Secretary Yashpal Sharma also arrived in Seoul, while Assembly Deputy Speaker Vinay Kumar arrived in New Delhi from Tokyo to participate in the family programme. Earlier, Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania completed a study stay program in Australia, New Zealand and Japan. Kuldeep Singh Pathania will be on a study tour in Seoul, the capital of South Korea, from November 23 to 25.
While Kuldeep Singh Pathania will visit many scenic places in Seoul, he will also interact with people from the Indian community. Pathania will also visit several industrial centers in Seoul. Seoul is the cultural, economic and political center of South Korea. Before arriving in Seoul, Assembly Speaker Kuldeep Singh Pathania made a study visit to Tokyo, the capital of Japan, from November 19 to 21, where he visited the Indian Embassy in Edo Gawa and learned how to strengthen cultural ties between the youth of India. and Japan through scholarships. Important topics such as the visit were discussed with the ambassador and embassy officials. On the occasion of his study stay, the Speaker of the Assembly stated that Indian culture and dress have special importance abroad.
Pathania said that even today, Japanese people highly appreciate Indian handicrafts and handloom items. He said that the Government of India and the State should further strengthen this industry and give it a high level brand at the international level. Pathania said India and Japan have had deep social, economic, religious, cultural and political relations for decades, which further strengthens trade, economic and trade relations between the two countries.
Kuldeep Pathania also visited important sites located in the strategically and touristically developed city of Tokyo such as the Tokyo Tower, the iconic Sansoji Buddhist Temple, the Asakusa area, Shibua, the Imperial Palace, the National Museum of Nature and Science and the Ueno Park and Zoo. Pathania said these are all memorable places that are symbols of Japan’s rich cultural heritage and nationalism. Kuldeep Pathania will leave Seoul for New Delhi on November 26.
