Telangana Chief Minister A. Revanth Reddy has made it clear that people attacking government officials during the public hearing on land acquisition will not be spared. On Saturday he said his government would reconsider the cases against the farmers but would not forgive the conspirators behind the attack on government officials in his Kodangal constituency. He said an industrial corridor would be established in Kodangal Assembly constituency with an objective of generating employment for youth and women and not a ‘Pharmaceutical City’ as alleged by the opposition parties.
Reddy’s statement assumes significance when government officials were attacked during a public hearing for land acquisition in Lagacharla village of his constituency on November 11.
More than 20 people arrested
“We will not forgive the conspirators,” Reddy said during a meeting with a delegation of Left leaders, according to an official statement. We will reconsider cases against innocent farmers.” The Chief Minister said that as MLA from Kodangal, it is his responsibility to develop the constituency. More than 20 people, including former BRS MLA Patnam Narendra Reddy, have been arrested in connection with the incident. BRS has accused officials of arresting innocent farmers in connection with the attack and of police highhandedness.

His debut in Parliament will be a historic day for our country and democracy. Women will have a voice like never before. Every member of the Congressional family is celebrating this spectacular victory. Priyanka Gandhi Vadra registered her first election victory by defeating Satyan Mokeri of the Communist Party of India-Marxist (CPI-M)-led Left Democratic Front (LDF) by a margin of over 4.1 lakh votes. in the Wayanad Lok Sabha seat.
