Jalalpur Ambedkar Nagar. Police have registered a case against some unknown miscreants in the case of a scooter driver who absconded with a teacher’s bag yesterday. While complaining to the police, Sajeda Siddiqui, a resident of Pasiyapara police station, Dostpur in Sultanpur district, said that she is a teacher at Baba Barua Das PG College, Paruiya Ashram. On Thursday, around 2 o’clock, he was returning home from Jalalpur on his scooter. Meanwhile, near Paruiya Ashram on Jalalpur Malipur Road, two youths traveling on an Apache approached from behind and fled with the bag in front of the scooter. The bag contained a gold chain, earrings and a mobile phone. The police have registered a case against two unknown persons in the matter. Kotwal Santosh Kumar Singh said that a case has been registered and the miscreants are being hunted using CCTV cameras; information will be revealed soon.
