Towns close to religious places will be developed from a tourist point of view

◆ The tiles will be visible from the outside, tremendous arrangements will be made inside

◆ Four to six houses in the village will be promoted as accommodation.

Ayodhya. People who have visited the city of Ayodhya will now be able to enjoy the villages here too. To do this, towns will be developed from a tourist point of view. Tourists will not only be able to enjoy rotis cooked on fire, various vegetables and legumes cooked in pots, but they will also be able to stay there. On the outside it will be like a town and on the inside it will be Western. The Ayodhya Development Authority will soon start working on this plan.

After the construction of the grand Ram temple, a large number of devotees come to Ayodhya for darshan and worship. Apart from the Ram temple, there are many ancient monasteries, temples and mythological places in the city alone. After arriving here, four days are spent sightseeing and worshiping in the city itself. In such a situation, they cannot reach other religious places in the district. In view of this, a new scheme will now be launched in Ayodhya district.

With the construction of the Ram temple, the government and administration had estimated the number of devotees who would come here. During this time, the home stay scheme was initiated, after which around 1,100 people from the city joined this scheme and converted their homes into paying guest houses.

The Ayodhya Development Authority will start the second phase of the home stay payment programme. Under this, the religious places of Ayodhya district that are located in some tehsil away from the headquarters are included. The small town near them will be developed. Villages around Dhams like Bharatkund, Makhauda Dham and Swami Narayan Mandir will be developed from tourism point of view.

Rakesh Kumar Singh, nodal officer of Home Stay Paying Guest Program at Ayodhya Development Authority, said seven to eight houses of the village will be developed in such a way that the feel of the entire village will come from outside, but there will be western facilities inside. . There will be arrangements for western toilet, LED, bed etc. He said that people will be able to feed the people staying in the home with dishes from their homes. This will give a boost to our coarse grains and also generate income for the villagers.

Ayodhya Development Authority vice-chairman Ashwini Pandey said that after the construction of the Ram temple, the number of devotees has increased significantly. In view of this, the scheme is being expanded. This will not only increase tourism in the villages but also increase the income of the villagers.
