The vote could not take place as the case was pending in the High Court.
Rohtak News (Aaj Samaj) Rohtak: The no-confidence motion moved against the Rohtak Zilla Parishad president, who contested the elections on the BJP ticket against former CM Bhupendra Hooda, could also not be voted on last day. DC Dhirendra Khargata has postponed the vote till further orders citing that the matter is in the High Court. It may be noted that 10 councilors had submitted a memorandum to the DC regarding filing a no-confidence motion against Rohtak district council president Manju Hooda.
Even before this, the vote on the no-confidence motion was postponed twice. Zilla Parishad president Manju Hooda has been named as the BJP candidate for the Garhi Sampla Kiloi Assembly. Manju Hooda had contested the elections against former CM Bhupendra Singh Hooda, but Manju Hooda had to face defeat.
