IND vs AUS First Test: Rishabh Pant played an excellent innings of 37 runs in the first innings of the first Test match against Australia. He didn’t bat in the second inning. With this he has completed his 100 dismissals (catch + mishap) in the history of the World Test Championship. Before him, no Indian wicketkeeper had been able to complete 100 dismissals in the World Test Championship. Now Pant has made this great record in his name.

Rishabh Pant has become the third wicketkeeper in the history of the World Test Championship to complete 100 dismissals. Before him, Alex Carey (137 dismissals) and Joshua da Silva (108 dismissals) had done it. Pant has taken 87 catches and 13 stumbles in the WTC so far.

Rishabh Pant made his debut for the Indian team in the year 2018. After this, he has so far played 39 test matches for the Indian team, in which he has scored 2730 runs. Pant has recorded 6 centuries and 14 half-centuries in Tests. He is known for his explosive batting and is adept at changing the course of the match in just a few balls.

In this way, the total lead of the Indian team has become 218 runs.
