But the Congress has not yet been able to decide who will be the leader of the opposition in the assembly. Therefore, the ruling party continues to target Congress. In this context, the Congress High Command has reconvened a meeting of the Congress Working Committee in Delhi today. The meeting will begin today at 2:30 p.m. In this meeting, Haryana’s defeat along with Maharashtra will be discussed.
There is a possibility of Rahul Gandhi taking an important decision regarding Haryana. Party sources say there will be brainstorming at the meeting after inputs from the opposition leader and the party organization in Haryana. There is a possibility that after this brainstorming, the party will make an announcement regarding changes in the opposition leader and the organization in Haryana. Currently, four leaders are contesting the race for the post of opposition leader in Haryana. The names of Raghubir Kadian, former CM Bhupendra Hooda, Ashok Arora and Chandramohan Bishnoi appear in it.
Congress won 37 seats in Haryana
In the recently held Assembly elections in Haryana, the Congress won 37 seats. While the BJP formed the government for the third consecutive time in the state by winning 48 seats. Although the Congress seemed quite confident of its victory, the results were completely opposite. While in the Maharashtra Assembly elections, the Congress won only 16 seats.
