After the much talked about Srishti Tuli case of Mumbai, a similar case was also seen in Uttar Pradesh. Frustrated by his girlfriend’s torture in Aliganj, Lucknow, the groom committed suicide by hanging himself. His body was found hanging from the room’s fan. The deceased’s relatives said that the son’s girlfriend had been torturing him for many days. I was angry with her. I was in depression. The police said that no complaint has been received in this matter so far.
The matter is from Ahibaranpur. Vivek Gupta (23), who lives here, committed suicide by hanging himself around 8 pm on Wednesday. Vivek used to run a pan masala shop with his father. Elder brother Vishal alleges that Khatu Shyam had left the house on Wednesday afternoon saying he was heading to the temple. I returned from there around 6 pm. After reaching home, he drank tea and sat down to talk with his family. After this he headed to his room on the third floor.
Vishal said: When the mother asked for food, there was no response from inside. At this, the mother went upstairs, opened the door and found him hanging from the fan with the help of her dupatta. The mother screamed when she saw her son hanging. Upon hearing the noise, the relatives gathered. The family rushed him to the trauma center. Where the doctor declared him dead.
