No solution was found again for the Champions Trophy 2025
In fact, Pakistan hosts the Champions Trophy, but the Indian team has refused to tour the neighboring country. Since then there has been a dispute over when and where the tournament will be played. So ICC had organized this meeting. It was a virtual meeting; According to the media, this meeting could only last 10 to 15 minutes, after which the meeting was postponed to November 30, i.e. tomorrow. The final decision on this tournament is now expected to be made on November 30.

Three options would be considered at the ICC meeting, it is believed that one of these options will see the Champions Trophy played. The first option is for the tournament to be held in a hybrid model. Except team India, all matches will be played only in Pakistan. The second option is for the tournament to be played entirely outside Pakistan and for the hosting rights to remain with PCB. At the same time, the last option is that this entire tournament will be played in Pakistan, but India will not be a part of it.
Let us tell you that the Indian team has not toured Pakistan even once since 2008. In such a situation, the Indian team wants to play this tournament in a hybrid model. At the same time, the Pakistan Cricket Board recently informed ICC that it will not accept the hybrid model for the Champions Trophy. Let us tell you that Pakistan had also previously hosted the Asia Cup 2023. Even then, the Indian team played its matches in Sri Lanka instead of Pakistan.
