Lucknow: A Samajwadi Party (SP) delegation will visit Sambhal district on November 30 to take stock of the recent violence. This delegation will be headed by opposition leader Mata Prasad Pandey. Leader of Opposition in the Legislative Council Lal Bihari Yadav, five SP MPs and four MLAs will also join him.
The objective of the delegation is to visit areas affected by violence and assess the situation. A detailed report of this visit will be submitted to SP chief Akhilesh Yadav.
The recent violence in Sambhal has created an atmosphere of tension in the area. SP expressed concern over this incident and demanded strict action from the government. The delegation’s visit is considered important in this context, because the party is preparing to take this matter seriously.
According to the SP spokesperson, “the party’s objective is to bring the voices of people affected by violence to the government and give them justice.” All eyes are now on this tour and SP’s strategy thereafter.
