New Delhi: AIMIM chief Asaduddin Owaisi, while answering the question related to Sambhal in an exclusive interview given to India TV, said that no changes can be made in any religious place in the country under the Places of Worship Act. When such a law is enacted, lower courts must make decisions only in accordance with this law.
When Owaisi was asked if he was afraid of the survey? Owaisi said: ‘There is no fear of the survey, there is a fear that it will damage the social fabric of the country. Law and order problems will arise in the country. Thus, the survey is against the Places of Worship Act, 1991. Except Babri Masjid and Ram Mandir, no other matter can be taken to court in this manner.
On the Sambhal-related controversy, Owaisi said the right of access was required under Article 18 and instead the judge ordered a survey. Take the survey within a few hours. This cannot happen in any other case except in the case of Ram Mandir Babri Masjid. They want to create confusion across the country in the name of the survey.
Owaisi said five poor innocents were killed in Sambhal. They were people from working families. Owaisi said there is no conflict between Pathans and Turks in Sambhal. This yogi government is putting forward such theories to hide their errors. Owaisi said that the petitioner in the Sambhal case is the standing counsel appointed by the UP government and is filing the case against the UP government.
