This time, following the instructions of Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath, special attention is being paid to cleanliness at Mahakumbh. To attract tourists, flower gardens and colorful plants will be planted on a large scale in beds and pots. For this, a budget of Rs 7 crore 55 lakh 18 thousand has been maintained.
Below, seasonal flowers will be decorated in 26,225 pots. In addition, it is planned to prepare large-scale flower beds and display them. The work of planting special ornamental plants on the banks of the Ganges in the fair area has begun.
Prayagraj will smell like Ayodhya and Kashi flowers
Preparations for Mahakumbh are in their final stages in Prayagraj. There is a great demand for flowering plants here. To make the entire Prayagraj beautiful and fragrant for the Maha Kumbh, large scale orders for flowers and ornamental plants have been placed from nurseries in Ayodhya and Kashi. Currently, in addition to the fair, these plants are being used in the decoration of the main squares, parks, roads, intersections, airport and Superior Court of the city. Along with this, the work of placing flower pots for decoration on the streets of Prayagraj has also started attracting tourists from India and abroad for the Maha Kumbh.

This year, Mahakumbh has a special demand for several varieties of Rose, Dahlia, Juhi, Marigold, Kamini, Chandni, Guldavari, Nerium and Marigold. Additionally, ornamental plants include Erica Palm, Spindle Lily, Peace Lily, Bamboo, Dhan Lakshmi, Vishnu Kamal and Red Manchira.
