Musical talent search competition organized in Hakevi

(Mahendragarh News) Mahendragarh. Haryana Central University (HKV) Music Club, Mahendragarh, organized a music talent search competition. Around twenty-eight students from different departments participated in this competition organized at the Professor Moolchand Sharma Auditorium of the University. Under this event, competitions were organized at the level of four main categories including Hindi singing, English singing, regional language singing and musical instrument performance.

The Vice Chancellor of the University congratulated all the participants who participated in this event and wished them a bright future. Music club coordinator Prof. Sunita Srivastava said in her speech that nowadays music is a very important medium for the all-round development of the youth.

He said that this event is also one such endeavor and through it students definitely get a chance to showcase their talent. Dr. Abhiranjan Kumar, co-coordinator of this successful event, said that in Hindi singing, Ashish Thakur of Department of History and Archeology stood first, Ravi Kumar Yadav of Education Department stood second and Jayangya Seni of Department of Education stood third, Fahim Yasmin from The Department of Psychology stood third and Pawan Kumar Yadav from B.Tech jointly. In English singing, the first position was bagged by Subramaniam from the B.Tech department and the second position was bagged by Aastha Madhav from the political department.

In regional language singing, Ahmed Najd from the Department of Psychology stood first, Krishna from the Department of Geography stood second and Drishya from the Department of Psychology stood third. In playing musical instruments, the first place was bagged by Subramaniam from the B.Tech department, the second place was bagged by Shubham Gupta from the department of Physics and the third place was bagged by AG Arco from the department of Psychology.

During the programme, the stage was operated by Ms. Aastha, a postgraduate student of the Department of History. Co-coordinators Dr. Mukesh Kumar and Dr. Rashmi Tanwar played important roles in organizing this successful programme. Additionally, Dr. Divya, Assistant Professor, Department of Management, also provided active support in organizing the programme. Volunteers like Rahul, Ravikesh, Vivek and Nand Kishore also played an important role in organizing this program at the student level.
