(Charkhi Dadri News) Charkhi Dadri. DC Munish Sharma said the complaints uploaded in the resolution cell should be resolved promptly. If a solution can be found at the departmental level at the headquarters, they will resolve the complaint with the department head and provide relief to the complainant. On Friday, DC was giving necessary guidelines to officials concerned about the Haryana government’s new initiative, Samadhan Shivir, for the public at the Mini Secretariat Auditorium.

Earlier, Chief Minister Nayab Singh Saini went online and reviewed the Samadhan camps of all districts and also spoke directly to the complainants. The DC reviewed the Samadhan Cell portal with the concerned officials, listened to the problems of the people and resolved the complaints. Starting Monday, every working day from 10 am to 12 noon, Samadhan Camp will be organized at SDM office at district and sub-divisional level. During this time, all department heads will also be present in the solutions field.

During the camp, help was provided to the people through the Ministry of Justice and Social Empowerment and other online services.

DC Munish Sharma said that for the convenience of the people of the district, their grievances are resolved through Samadhan Shivir on every working day. While giving instructions to the officers, he said that complaints related to his department should be resolved promptly. Officers must work cautiously to ensure there are no outstanding complaints of any kind. During the Samadhan camp, where people’s complaints were heard, officials were instructed to resolve incoming complaints on priority basis.

During this, Superintendent of Police Arsh Verma, Municipal Magistrate Ashish Sangwan, Municipal Council Executive Officer Rajesh Verma, District Horticulture Officer Arun Sharma, District Welfare Officer Vinod Chawla, Dr. Sanjay Gupta, the Dr. Chandrabhan Sangwan, Rajbala Block Education Officer and officials from various departments were present.
