According to information, private workers of the contractor were carrying out repair work on the railway track between Gauchhari and Maheshkhunt on the Barauni-Katihar railway section. Meanwhile, suddenly the Lohit Express train arrived in the coach. When they saw the train approaching the track, the workers could not understand anything and were run over by the train. So two workers died instantly. One worker was seriously injured. The injured worker has been admitted to Khagaria Sadar hospital for treatment.
