The Permanent Commission of the General Council of the Judiciary, at its meeting on November 4, 2021, adopted the following agreement:
First. Attribute to the Commercial Court number 2 of Granada the exclusive, but not exclusive, knowledge of the matters, matters and litigation derived from the Law 24/2015, of July 24, on Patents; of the Law 17/2001, of December 7, on Trademarks; and of the Law 20/2003, of July 7, of Legal Protection of Industrial Design, sharing this competence with the Commercial Court no.or 1 of Granada.
Second. Matters of the same nature as those that are the subject of this specialization agreement, which are in process, will continue to be known until their conclusion, by the competent body; without being affected by this agreement, preserving the knowledge of the matters that they had already distributed at the time of the specialization.
Third. This agreement will take effect from January 1, 2022.
Prior to its entry into force, the Government Chamber of the Superior Court of Justice of Andalusia, Ceuta and Melilla, at the proposal of the Sectorial Board of Commercial Judges of Granada, approve the rules for the distribution of matters between the commercial courts from Granada.
