Resolution of November 8, 2021, of the Autonomous Organization


Summary

In accordance with the provisions of the Article 326 of Law 9/2017, of November 8, on Public Sector Contracts, by which the Directives of the European Parliament and of the Council 2014/23 / EU and 2014/24 / EU, of February 26, 2014; at Article 21 of Royal Decree 817/2009, of May 8, which partially develops Law 30/2007, of October 30, on Public Sector Contracts; as well as in Articles 15 a22 of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector, I have:

First. Agree on the appointment of the composition of the Hiring Table of the Autonomous Central Traffic Headquarters, which is expressed in the following section.

Second. The Contracting Board will be composed, with a permanent character, of the members indicated below:

All members of the Contracting Board will have voice and vote, except the Secretary who will act with voice but without vote, in accordance with the provisions of the Article 19.4.a) of Law 40/2015, of October 1, on the Legal Regime of the Public Sector.

Officials or specialized advisers that are necessary, depending on the nature of the matters to be discussed, may join the meetings, and they will act with voice but without vote.

For the valid constitution of the table, the absolute majority of its members must be present and, in any case, among the attending Members, an official from among those who have been legally or by regulation assigned the legal advice of the contracting body and an official who has attributed the functions related to its economic-budgetary control.

Third. Cancel the Resolution of December 9, 2020, of the General Directorate of Traffic, by which the composition of the Contracting Table of the Autonomous Central Traffic Headquarters is designated. (BOE no. 336, of December 25, 2020).
