- Corporation Commissioner instructed officials to resolve complaints quickly
(Yamunanagar News) Yamunanagar. To solve the problems of the people related to the municipal corporations, their problems are being solved in the solution camps being organized at the corporation offices located in Jagadhri and Yamuna Nagar. So far, a total of 157 complaints have reached the corporation’s resolution fields. Of them, 36 complaints have been resolved. While 27 complaints were rejected. The remaining allegations are being investigated. In this series, a total of 12 complaints were received in the resolution camps organized on Tuesday at Yamunanagar and Jagadhri Municipal Corporation Office. Of them, 11 complaints reached Yamuna Nagar and one complaint reached the camp organized at the Jagadhri Corporation office. Corporation officials have launched an investigation to resolve the complaints received at the camp.
The solution camp organized at the Municipal Corporation office, Yamunanagar, was presided over by Deputy Commissioner of the Corporation, Dr. Vijay Pal Yadav. In the camp, five complaints were related to property identification, four were family identity cards, one was about street encroachment removal and one complaint was related to stormwater drainage. Deputy Corporation Commissioner Dr Vijay Pal Yadav heard all the complaints one by one. After this, the complaint related to the branch to which the camp belonged was sent to that branch in charge. Similarly, a solution camp was organized at Jagadhri Municipal Corporation office under the chairmanship of XEN Vikas Dhiman and office superintendent Pradeep Kumar. On Tuesday only one complaint related to cleaning came here.
Instructions were given to CSI Harjeet Singh to resolve this issue. Municipal Corporation Commissioner Ayush Sinha directed officials to resolve the pending complaints at the earliest. He said all complaints received at Samadhan camp should be taken seriously and resolved at the earliest. Deputy Commissioner of the Corporation Dr. Vijay Pal Yadav appealed to the residents of the city to complain at Camp Samadhan to resolve any kind of issue related to the Municipal Corporation.
He arrived at the field with a written complaint about his problem. Solution camps are being organized at the corporation offices from 9 a.m. to 11 a.m. Which will continue for a month. He said people’s problems are being resolved quickly in Camp Samadhan. Some complaints are being resolved on site.
