During this, CM Yogi said that in the coming days there will be special festivals like Dhanteras, Ayodhya Deepawali, Deepawali, Govardhan Puja, Bhai-Dooj, Devotthan Ekadashi, Varanasi Dev Deepawali and Chhath Mahaparva. Apart from this, fairs like Panchkosi, 14 Kosi Parikrama, Kartik Purnima Snan, etc. are also organized in Ayodhya. This moment is delicate in terms of peace, security and good governance. CM Yogi directed officials to increase surveillance on social media. There should be a team in every district that keeps monitoring social media. Strict action must be taken against those who create fake accounts and spread rumors or fake news that harm the environment.
For Diwali, make sure that firecracker shops and warehouses are away from the population. Where there is buying and selling of firecrackers, appropriate arrangements should be made for the fire services. The police force must also remain active. The firecracker store must be in an open place. The license/NOC should be issued to them on time. Strict action should be taken against illegal storage of firecrackers. He also said that all beneficiaries of the Ujjwala scheme should be provided free LPG cylinders before Diwali. There should be no delay in this at any level. Coordinate with agencies as well.
During the meeting, CM Yogi instructed the officials that on this occasion of joy and excitement, 24-hour uninterrupted power supply should be ensured across the state from October 28 to November 15. The Power Corporation should make necessary preparations in this regard. Emergency health services and trauma services must continue without interruption. Be it a town or a city, there should be easy availability of doctors everywhere.
