After hearing both sides, Judge Vishwajeet Shetty has granted conditional interim bail citing “the right of the untried to receive medical treatment”, but it is a six-week interim bail, which is granted for therapeutic reasons. . The judge did not impose any other conditions on Darshan.

It has been suggested to hand over the passport at the request of the SPP. Apart from this, Darshan can get treatment at any hospital of his choice. Details of the treatment must be submitted to the court within one week.
