The India Masters Pickleball Tournament was organized by Pickleball World Ranking in the capital of India, Delhi. This tournament, which ran from October 24 to 27, was organized by the Delhi Lawn Tennis Association. On his last day, Indian player Armaan Bhatia created history with his brilliant performance. In reality, this young 25-year-old player participated in three events and won all three titles. On Sunday, October 27, he continued his dominance by winning the finals of the men’s singles, men’s doubles and mixed doubles categories.
He defeated these players in the finals.
Armaan Bhatia faced top seed Dustin Boyer in the men’s singles final of the India Masters Pickleball Tournament held in Delhi. He reached the final by defeating Willie Chang 11-4 in the semifinals. In the title fight, Armaan demonstrated excellent skills. In an exciting match, he defeated Boyer 8-11, 11-9 and 11-8. Armaan had taken a 3-0 lead in the first set.

Boyer then recovered and won the first set 11-8. It was Armaan’s turn in the second set and he came back strongly. After losing the first set, he won the next set 11-9. And after trailing 0-8 in the last set, he defeated Boyer 11-8.
Shortly after winning the first title, Armaan participated in mixed doubles. Together with the Dutchman Roos Van Reek, he defeated the pairing of Danny Townsend and George Wall 11-5, 10-11 and 11-1 and also won the second title. The last event of the tournament, the men’s doubles final, also started a little late. In this, along with fellow Indian Harsh Mehta, he defeated the Australian pair Mitchell Hargreaves and Roman Istraja. Armaan and Harsh also won this title by winning two sets in a row by 11-4 and 11-2. In this way, Armaan achieved 3 titles in a single day in the span of a few hours.
750 players participated
Around 750 players participated in the 4-day PWR India Masters tournament in Delhi. All of them were competing for the prize money of $50,000 i.e. around Rs 42 lakh. Many of the best pickleball players participated in this event. Players like America’s number one player Sophia Seving and top seed Dustin Boyer made waves at this event. The best players from this country such as Armaan Bhatia and Aditya Ruhela competed on the Indian side.
