Ayodhya: There is a lot of enthusiasm for Diwali across the country. People have started preparing to celebrate Diwali, one of the most important Hindu festivals. Amid preparations to create a world record by lighting 28 lakh lamps on the banks of river Saryu during the eighth Deepotsav in Ayodhya, this time there is a plan to light a special type of lamp at the Ramlala temple.
What’s the whole deal?
Preparations continue to celebrate the special Diwali in Ayodhya. A grand festival of lights will be held at the Saryu ghats on October 30, in which more than 30,000 volunteers will be deployed to decorate 28 lakh lamps.
The specialty of these lamps is that they do not cause stains or soot on the temple. Plus, they will provide light for a long time. During this time the temple will also be decorated with attractive flowers. This information has been given by a state government spokesperson.
Since the temple is quite large, the complex has been divided into several sections and subdivisions to decorate different parts. Ashu Shukla, a retired IPS officer of Bihar cadre, has been entrusted with the responsibility of systematically lighting every corner of the temple, decorating all the entrances with arches, cleaning and decorating.
There will also be a message of environmental protection
Shri Ram Janmabhoomi Teerth Kshetra Trust is trying not only to organize special events this Diwali but also to convey the message of environment protection. For this, an intense deployment of volunteers has been carried out in 55 ghats of Saryu. There are more than two thousand supervisors, coordinators, ghat keepers, lamp counters and other members to supervise this entire system.
A total of more than 30 thousand volunteers are involved in decorating 28 lakh lamps on the ghats. This festival of lights will be the center of attraction. (input language)
