(Bhiwani News) Loharu. Youth Gram Panchayat was organized at Government Higher Secondary School located in Barwas village. During this, Rajeev Vats, judge and spokesperson, participated on behalf of Birhi Kalan Diet. During this, Rajeev Vats said that with an objective to create political awareness among students at school level and impart knowledge about democratic institutions, the Education Department is organizing Youth Gram Panchayats.
During this, the students also answered questions among themselves in the Gram Panchayat to understand the functioning of the Gram Panchayat and Gram Sabha in the school. The students were also briefed on the activities and functioning of Gram Panchayat and Gram Sabha. On this occasion, detailed information was provided on how the activities of the Panchayat are carried out, where the budget comes from and how it is used.
Apart from this, information was also provided on how the problems of the village are resolved and how the villagers ensure their participation in the development of the village. On this occasion, school principal Heera Lal Sangwan, spokesperson Poonam Kumari, Rachna, Govind Sharma, Suresh Kumar, Attar Singh, Rajesh and all the staff and students were present.
