In Vaishali district of Bihar, area officials have opened a front against district magistrate Yashpal Meena. The DM had used derogatory and indecent language towards Hajipur Circle officer Anjali Kumari. Angered by this, all COs in the district went on strike. Along with the zonal officials, the Revenue officials and employees are also on strike against the DM.
All Vaishali district officials are on strike near the DM's office against the DM. Hajipur Circle Officer Anjali Kumari told the media that a meeting regarding the NOC of the petrol pump was held yesterday. During the meeting itself, DM Yashpal Meena used derogatory words like bastard, thief for the Circle Officer.
DM opened the front against
Circle officer Anjali Kumari accused the DM and said that he uses such derogatory words against everyone. This is the reason why everyone has opened a front against DM. The CO said everyone has to work late into the night. Family life is getting worse. He said that the divorce situation of all OCs has come. They are not able to dedicate time to their children. He said two of our employees were forced to sit in the police station late into the night and told to be sent to jail.
All zone officers on strike
He said that we are being affected in every way, physically and mentally. However, the DM has denied the CO's use of the word Bihari. He said everyone has the right to work with respect. We want to work with respect. Sadar SDO Rambabu Baitha contacted Baitha to convince the circle officer who was on strike, but all the employees remained on strike.
