Mumbai: After the last date of nomination for the Maharashtra Assembly elections on Tuesday, the election campaign has gathered momentum from Wednesday. Maha Vikas Aghadi and Mahayuti are scheduling rallies of great leaders. According to sources, there will be more than 50 public meetings of top BJP leaders in the Maharashtra Assembly elections. Big leaders including Prime Minister Narendra Modi, Union Home Minister Amit Shah and UP Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will hold public meetings in Maharashtra.

PM Modi to hold rallies in these areas

According to sources, PM Modi plans to hold a total of eight meetings in western Maharashtra, Vidarbha, Mumbai-Konkan, northern Maharashtra and Marathwada. The responsibility for maximum number of public meetings has been given to Devendra Fadnavis, Nitin Gadkari and Chandrashekhar Bawankule.

UP CM Yogi to hold 15 rallies

Sources associated with the BJP said that Uttar Pradesh Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath will hold 15 rallies in different districts. Like Haryana, Maharashtra too will see CM Yogi seeking votes for BJP and NDA candidates. Besides Yogi, chief ministers of BJP-ruled states will also come to Maharashtra to campaign.

Devendra Fadnavis will be the one who will recover the most

Sources said Amit Shah will hold 20 rallies in Maharashtra. Union minister Nitin Gadkari to hold 40 rallies, vice cm. Devendra Fadnavis will hold 50 rallies and BJP state president Chandrashekhar Bawankule will hold 40 rallies. In addition, demonstrations will also be organized with local leaders.

Who will have how many meetings?

  • Prime Minister Narendra Modi – 8
  • Amit Shah- 20
  • Nitin Gadkari – 40
  • Devendra Fadnavis – 50
  • Chandrashekhar Bawankule – 40
  • Yogi Adityanath- 15

Let us tell you that even in Haryana elections, PM Modi and Amit Shah did not hold many rallies. From there, local leaders organized more demonstrations. On similar lines, the BJP has drawn up a strategy in Maharashtra. In Haryana, the BJP won more seats than the candidates and formed a record government for the third consecutive time.

The elections will be held on November 20

Voting will be held on November 20 for all seats in Maharashtra in a single phase. The election results will be announced on November 23. With the nomination completed in the state, the nomination papers are now examined.
