Kazan (Russia): Bilateral talks held on Wednesday between Prime Minister Narendra Modi and Chinese President Xi Jinping on the sidelines of the 16th BRICS summit have largely melted the ice on India-China relations for almost four years. During this time, the way has also been paved for the resolution of the LAC dispute that has been going on between the two countries since the Galvan Valley violence in June 2020.
