The court had directed the UP government not to take action on the excavators till Wednesday. Two days before the Supreme Court, the Lucknow bench of the Allahabad High Court had also banned the excavators in this case for 15 days.

Notices issued by people with disabilities

It was reported that after the violence in Bahraich, the department of persons with disabilities had issued notices to demolish some buildings. PWD had pasted notices on the houses and shops of 23 people. He was given 15 days to submit his response.
