CIA Director Bill Burns has discussed a new Gaza ceasefire proposal. He discussed this proposal with his Israeli and Qatari counterparts. This proposal is for Hamas to release eight Israeli hostages and, in exchange, implement a 28-day ceasefire in Gaza.
