Also, Amavasya will end at 6:16 pm on November 1. Then, due to the absence of Amavasya on the night of November 1, it is not possible to worship Sthir Leo Lagna and Mahanishith Kaal.
Amavasya will begin at 3.52 pm on October 31. Pradosh Kaal will also be in this and there will also be Amavasya night. On the night of October 31, Leo ascendant worship and Mahanishith period worship can also be performed. Therefore, it would be more appropriate to celebrate the auspicious festival of Diwali on 31st October.
How to worship Diwali?
On Diwali night, place a pole in the east direction or in the northeast corner. Spread a red or pink cloth over the stool. Firstly the idol of Lord Ganesha. Then place Lakshmi ji on your right. Sit on a bench and sprinkle water around you. After this, make a decision and start bidding. Light a single-sided ghee lamp. Then offer flowers and sweets to Mother Lakshmi and Lord Ganesha. After this, first chant the mantras of Lord Ganesha and then of Goddess Lakshmi. At the end, perform aarti and blow the conch.
Before lighting the lamp in the house, place five lamps on a plate and offer them flowers, etc., and worship them. Place these lamps in different parts of the house. Apart from the house, keep these lamps near the main door, terrace, well and temple. Worship Diwali by wearing red, yellow and bright colored clothes. Avoid black, brown and blue colors.
Auspicious time for Diwali worship
This time on Diwali, there will be two auspicious times to worship Lord Ganesha and Goddess Lakshmi. The first auspicious time is during the Pradosh period. On this day, Pradosh Kaal will be between 5:36 pm and 8:11 pm. While the second auspicious time will be in the Taurus period, which will last from 6:25 pm to 8:15 pm Apart from this, you can also worship Goddess Lakshmi during the Mahanishitha period. Mahanishith Kaal will be from 11:39 pm to 12:30 am.
Take these precautions on Diwali
Use as many earthen lamps as possible in Diwali worship and decoration. Do not use plastic idols of Lakshmi-Ganesh for worship. It would be best to worship clay Ganesha Lakshmi. Keep the main entrance to the house absolutely clean. Don’t leave the front door empty. Make sure to love the mango leaves there. Illuminate the entire house only after the puja.
