A massive fire broke out at a footwear shop located in Gyan Khand III of Indirapuram Police Station area in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh. Due to this fire, an apartment located on the ground floor also began to burn. As soon as information about the fire was received, 6 fire brigade vehicles reached the spot and started extinguishing the fire.
The fire team, working smart, safely rescued people trapped in the store and apartment. Seeing the surrounding conditions, the police and administration evacuated nearby buildings to avoid the accident.
According to initial investigations, the cause of the fire was a short circuit, but according to locals it could also be due to fireworks. The specific reason for the incident is not yet known.
