A mobile phone kept in a person’s pocket suddenly exploded in Beta 2 police station area of Greater Noida. He was seriously injured in this incident. This incident occurred when the victim, a young man named Rishi Kumar, was returning home after finishing work for his company. As soon as he sat in the car, the three-year-old Vivo company mobile phone in his pocket suddenly exploded. His legs were burned due to his mobile phone catching fire.
Victim Rishi Kumar said that as soon as he opened the car door and tried to sit in it, suddenly the mobile phone he was carrying in his pocket exploded. Due to the explosion, his clothes were burned and he immediately got out of the car and started putting out the fire. He was admitted to the hospital injured. Doctors said he suffered a deep injury to his leg and it may take 20 to 25 days to fully recover.

Rishi said that he had bought this mobile about three years ago for Rs 10,000. After the accident, he is afraid to use his cell phone and advises other family members to minimize its use. He says that the mobile should be kept away from the bed even while sleeping at night so that no other accident happens.
