Ayodhya. The Municipal Corporation is busy making the Depotsav, which is organized for the first time after Pran Pratistha, memorable. 1,500 lamps will be distributed in the pavilions. Preparations are underway to illuminate Guptarghat with lamps made of cow dung. 2,447 health workers of the Municipal Corporation will remain active. After Depotsav, one thousand employees will be deployed to clean the ghat.

During the press conference held at Circuit House, Mayor Mahant Girish Pati Tripathi said that this is the first Deepotsav after Pran Pratistha. An effort is being made to vividly present the arrival of Lord Ram in Ayodhya. The society is enthusiastic about the celebration of this festival. The festival of lights is talked about all over the world.

He said this time 29 lakh lamps will be lit. This is an unforgettable moment. Whose memories will always be alive. 1,500 lamps will be distributed in the pavilions. This will be sent to the people of the weaker sector and will be lit in the neighborhood temple. Guptarghat will be illuminated with lamps made from cow dung at the Municipal Corporation cowshed. Preparations are underway to decorate the underpass with flowers and fringes.

He said that for the arrangements, the municipal corporation area has been divided into eight zones and 20 sectors. This monitors lighting and cleaning arrangements. 2,247 employees are continuously dedicated to cleaning in the Municipal Corporation. These will be activated during Diwali. A special cleanliness drive will be carried out on Rampath. Here the trail will be completely cleaned by washing.

He said that a large number of volunteers and devotees come to Depotsav. Arrangements have been made for 30 mobile toilets for them. After the Depotsav, a thousand employees will be deployed to lift the lamps and clean the ditch. This will be cleaned with sand. Good arrangements have been made for drinking water in the Municipal Corporation. Any devotee coming to Ayodhya no longer needs to buy pure drinking water. The locker room will be painted. Efforts are being made to make the festival of lights grand. Municipal Commissioner Santosh Kumar Sharma, Additional Municipal Commissioner Shashibhushan Rai and Bagish Shukla were present on this occasion.
