He ruled the music world for a decade and a half.
Singer Abhijeet, who dominated the Bollywood music world for almost 10 years, lost his career due to his volume. Abhijeet started his career with the 1983 film ‘Mujhe Insaan Chahiye’. Later, he spread his voice in films like Dadamuni, Anand Aur Anand, Vikram, Gurudakshina and Pratikhar. After this, the 90s came and people started going crazy for Shahrukh Khan. This was the period when a singer was decided for a particular hero. The one that used to be his voice. Abhijeet Bhattacharya also sang dozens of hit songs for Shahrukh Khan and made him the uncrowned king of romance. But later, due to his statements, Bollywood distanced itself from him. Abhijeet Bhattacharya messed with everyone from Salman Khan to Shahrukh Khan.
From Shahrukh Khan to many other stars
In the year 2007, Abhijeet Bhattacharya sang a song in the movie ‘Om Shanti Om’. But when he was not given credit for it, he became furious with Shahrukh Khan. Abhijeet Bhattacharya confronted Bollywood singers and autotune people many times. This was the reason why Abhijeet continued to yearn to work for almost 4 years. After 2010, Abhijeet got less work. I got only 2 films in 2011. After this, he didn’t get any work in 2012 and sang songs in only 3 films in 2013. Singer got only one film in 2014. After this, I was waiting for work for 4 years. In the year 2018, Abhijeet got only 1 film. Abhijeet last sang in a Bollywood film in 2020. Since then no film has been received. Abhijeet sings at his concerts and also appears as a judge on reality shows.
