Former CM Bhupendra Hooda was angered by this. He stood up in the House and said that he did not want any controversy from day one. This method of the minister is incorrect. While Hooda responded to Anil Vij and Mahipal Dhanda and said, Mr. Speaker, keep these two men together. The house will work fine.
The speaker calmed the matter down by explaining it to both of them. On the first day, the House deliberations began at 11 a.m. First, the governor swore in the Protem spokesperson. After that, Speaker Protem administered oath to all the MLAs. After the inauguration, the name of the president of the Assembly was announced. Chief Minister Nayab Saini proposed Harvindra Kalyan’s name as speaker. Which all the MLAs agreed on. Harvindra Kalyan was unanimously elected Speaker of the Assembly. A decision on the name of the vice president has not yet been made.
Assembly at center of 2.25 crore aspirations: Naib Saini

In the XV Assembly, 40 new members have been elected. The energy of the new members will be useful to the old and the experience of the old will be useful.
