Hathras court sentences Kalyugi’s son to life imprisonment for his mother’s murder
The court sentenced Kalyugi’s son who murdered his own mother in Hathras, Uttar Pradesh to life imprisonment. The court has also sentenced the accused’s partner to life imprisonment. The court has also imposed a fine on the accused. Due to the rivalry, the son, along with his friend, killed his own mother and also fatally attacked his wife to implicate the other party. After 8 years, the court has sentenced Kaliyugi’s son and his partner to life imprisonment.
Satyaveer, a resident of Bilkhora village in Sasni police station area of Hathras district, informed the police on March 16, 2015 that some people had entered the house and murdered his mother Sona Devi. His wife Satyavati was seriously injured. Satyaveer said the accused had a rifle, a knife and a pistol with them. Furthermore, Satyaveer had told the police that the accused had also raped a woman in the family.
Police had filed a case against 6 people
As soon as there was information about the incident, the police rushed to the spot. The police detained the body of deceased Sona Devi and sent it for autopsy. Injured Satyavati was sent for treatment. The police had registered a case against 6 people on the complaint of his son Satyaveer. They were identified as Arjun Singh, Nahar Singh, Saurabh, Gaurav, KP and Pawan, residents of Bilkhora police station area.
