A case of hooliganism of a Samajwadi Party leader’s son in Amethi, Uttar Pradesh has come to light. Ignoring the fear of the law, the SP leader’s son chased and beat up an elderly man and his son in front of the CO office in the presence of the police.
It is alleged that the SP leader was encroaching on valuable land, about which the victim, an elderly man and his son had complained in the tehsil. Due to this, the SP leader’s domineering son beat up the old man and his son in public.
Actually, the whole matter is in Sadar tehsil of Amethi district, where the vandalism of Pradeep Yadav, son of SP leader Shiv Pratap Yadav, a resident of Gangauli village, was openly seen. He and his associates chased and beat up an elderly man and his son who had reached the tehsil in front of the police station. Police were also present during this period. But there was nothing he could do but intervene.
The elderly victim said he suffered internal injuries in this assault. The senior citizen has filed a complaint letter at the police station demanding action against the accused Pradeep Yadav and his associates. The video of the fight, in which there is a lot of abuse, is going viral on social networks.
The victim Ramyash Yadav alleges that Shiv Pratap Yadav, father-in-law of the present Pradhan, a resident of his village, is encroaching on a reserved land, about which he has complained in the tehsil. SP leader Shiv Pratap was angry over this. Today his son attacked him in the Khunas tehsil premises. My son was also kicked, punched and brutally beaten.
Meanwhile, in this whole matter, Amethi Circle CO Jagdish Kumar said that the incident has come to his notice. There has been a confrontation between the two parties. A complaint has been received from one of the parties. Legal action is being taken.
