Voting for the assembly elections will be held in 81 seats in Jharkhand on November 13 and 20. The nomination process has been completed for the elections that will be held in two phases. Meanwhile, a large number of police teams reached GD Goenka School located at Nayatoli of Namkum Police Station area at 7 am on Wednesday and started conducting raids. The matter is said to be over one million rupees in cash.

According to information received from sources, it was reported that there was more than one million rupees in cash in the building of this GD Goenka school in Jharkhand. As soon as the information was received, the Election Commission team swung into action and reached the school with the police at 7 am. The school building is being searched. The school gate is closed, entry and exit inside the school campus without permission is prohibited.

It is also said that a team from the State Bank of India (SBI) also arrived at the school with a cash counting machine. On the other hand, the police also raided the house of a leader who owns the franchise of GD Goenka school. Information about cash was also found there.

Let us tell you that the Jharkhand assembly elections will be held in two phases. In the first phase, voting for 43 seats will be held on November 13. A total of 743 candidates are in the fray for these 43 seats. On November 20, 38 seats will be voted on, where a total of 634 candidates will compete. The results of the Jharkhand Assembly elections will be published on November 23, 2024. In view of the elections, the election commission and the police department seem to be on full alert.
