On the occasion of Diwali, Soan Papdi is exchanged so much that people get bored. If you are also bored with this and have leftover Soan Papdi in your house, today we will tell you a great way to use up the leftover Soan Papdi. Wait… you don’t have to give it to anyone, but you have to make a new dish with it, which will be easy to make and very delicious to eat. This dish will be ‘Son Papdi Ki Kheer’. Now the question arises how to make it, so let’s know how to make this kheer step by step.

Material:

  • Soan Papdi – 500 grams
  • Whole milk – 1 liter
  • Chopped cashews – a few
  • Chopped almonds – a few
  • Chopped pistachios – a few
  • Cardamom powder – half a teaspoon
  • Ghee- 1 teaspoon
  • Sugar- according to taste

Preparation method:

1. To make Soan Papdi Kheer, first put 1 tablespoon of ghee in a pan and after it heats up slightly, add all the dry fruits and fry them.

2. After the nuts are lightly roasted, take them out separately. Then pour 1 liter of milk in this pan and add the crushed papdi soan.

3. After adding Soan Papdi to the milk, stir it well and then add half a tablespoon of cardamom powder. After cooking for a while, add sugar and stir.

4. While adding sugar, keep in mind that Soan Papdi is already sweet, so don’t add too much sugar. Add some nuts and let it cook.

5. When the kheer thickens a little, switch off the gas. Your Soan Papdi Kheer is ready. Pour into a bowl and decorate with the rest of the nuts.
