In Delhi, the Aam Aadmi Party can make the same offer to Congress that it made in Haryana. This means that the Congress may be offered some unimportant losing seats in the Delhi Assembly elections. The kind of offer that the Congress had made to the Aam Aadmi Party in Haryana, TMC made a similar offer to the Congress during the Lok Sabha elections and the SP made to the Congress in the UP by-elections. In any case, the Congress hardly gets any partner in the Delhi Assembly elections.
Yes, one more thing is possible: Aam Aadmi Party can offer Congress candidates to contest elections on its symbol, like Akhilesh Yadav. But like in the UP by-elections, will the Congress remain silent in considering the AAP candidates in Delhi as Indian Alliance candidates? Obviously Congress will never accept this.

And he has promised to provide support from outside. Akhilesh Yadav is still far from power in Uttar Pradesh, but he does not want the Congress to establish its deep roots in UP. In West Bengal, Mamata Banerjee behaved with the Congress in a manner that the Congress can never forget. The Congress, which fared better in the Lok Sabha elections in Maharashtra, has been made clear by its allies by giving them the same number of seats. It is noteworthy that in Maharashtra MVA it has been decided that Congress, Shinde Sena and NCP will contest the elections with the same number of seats. Each has 85 seats.
In fact, whether it is Maharashtra, Delhi, UP or Bengal, the problem is the same everywhere. In every state, local parties made the central Congressional vote bank the base of their party. The Congress’s main voters have been minorities and Dalits. Today, the core vote of Samajwadi Party, Aam Aadmi Party, Rashtriya Janata Dal, TMC, NCP etc. It is the same as that of Congress.
