Noida: An electrician died in a massive fire at the under-construction Lotus Grandeur banquet hall in Sector-74, Noida. 15 fire crews managed to control the fire. The fire broke out in the banquet hall late at night. Due to the large size of the banquet hall, it took a long time to extinguish the fire. The fire has also caused a lot of damage.

DCP Noida Rambadan Singh said that around 3.30am we received information that there was a fire at the Lotus Grandeur banquet hall in Sector 74, Noida. Within 15 minutes of receiving the information, 15 fire vehicles arrived at the scene. DCP said that in this incident an electrician named Parminder died due to burns. The rescue operation continues. The cause of the fire is still unclear.
The deceased was a resident of Baghpat.

Parminder’s relatives have been informed about this. The DCP said that since the banquet hall is made of wood, some parts are still burning.
