Prime minister The Narendra Modi-led central government has announced a big gift for the countrymen just before Diwali. To promote entrepreneurship in the country, the government has directly increased the loan limit of Pradhan Mantri Mudra Yojana (PMMY) to double it. After this decision of the government, a loan of Rs 20 lakh can now be taken under the PM Mudra Yojana instead of Rs 10 lakh. The Finance Ministry said in a statement on Friday that through this increase in the borrowing limit we want to advance the goal of Mudra Yojana.
